wa... that chicken one seems so complicated...altho it seems interesting that the maltose can make the skin crispy. Not sure how to spread it over the skin anyway cos maltose is very very thick, even thicker than honey... For BBQ pork, I was lazy and used Lee Kum Kee's cha siu sauce the couple of times that I've attempted to make it.

Or u can make ur own bbq pork.... or some chinese candy dessert things....
